Child Care Providers - Day & overnight shifts; experience and clean driving record required, BA/BS degree strongly preferred (will be required to furnish proof of degree status and DMV report). Requires minimum 1 year experience working with SED children.
Bilingual Rehab Specialist (Eng/Span) - Requires BA/BS; relevant experience working in an outpatient setting in a case management or similar capacity highly preferred. Must be able to pass a Dept. of Justice background check & provide a clean DMV report.
Parent Partner (Bilingual English/Spanish), Wraparound Program - Part to full-time; work with parents in Wraparound program, utilizing and sharing personal experiences, linking the family to appropriate community resources, modeling and coaching the family in anger management, communication & problem solving. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary. Requires being a parent of a child who has had involvement with DCFS, Probation, or mental health services, or a parent or relative caregiver of a special-needs child; knowledge of community resources and networking skills; knowledge of the juvenile court system strongly preferred. Must be able to pass a background check and must provide a DMV report.
Facilitator, Bilingual (Eng/Span), Wraparound - Full time; requires MSW/MFT, relevant prior experience a plus.
Therapist, Bilingual (Eng/Span) - Bilingual Spanish therapist positions; work in schools, homes, and in the field; must be registered with the BBS and be able to work a flexible schedule. Requires 2 years experience with DMH paperwork and with at-risk children and families. Must be able to pass a background check and must provide a DMV report.
Upfront Assessor, Bilingual (Eng/Span) - Full time; working with DCFS referred families who are referred to Hillsides' Family Preservation Program to determine parental capacity and assist DCFS with determination of best placement for child/children; written reports are submitted to DCFS within 3 working days; requires MSW/MFT, excellent time management and written communication skills, as well as strong and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
Transition Facilitator/MHRS, Youth Moving On - Full time; fequires BA/BS and relevant experience working with youth transitioning from institutionalized care; location at Oakland Avenue, Pasadena unit.
In-Home Counselor (IHOC) - Full time; requires bilingual Spanish/English skills, BA/BS in a related field and 2 years relevant experience; working in the field with DCFS-referred families who are at risk for ongoing child abuse and neglect; functioning as the family's principal counselor and case manager.
Revenue Technician - Rull time; working in the Billing Department; requires high school diploma, 2-4 years office experience, and excellent computer skills; experience with Dept. of Mental Health and MediCal billing processes strongly preferred.
